We aim to dispatch orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, destination, courier service, and customs processing where applicable.

UK Delivery

We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier services.

  • Orders are usually dispatched once payment has been received and stock has been confirmed.
  • Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are indicative only.
  • Some larger, heavier, or specialist items may require additional time to dispatch.
  • Remote postcodes and offshore locations may take longer and may incur additional delivery charges.

If an additional delivery charge applies due to item size, weight, or location, we will contact you before dispatch.

International Delivery

We ship to many destinations worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated based on the information available at the time of order, however additional charges may occasionally apply for oversized, heavy, hazardous, or remote-area shipments.

  • Import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and local handling charges are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
  • Customs authorities or couriers may request additional information such as a tax number, EORI number, VAT number, or identification documents before delivery can be completed.
  • International delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures and local courier delays, which are outside of our control.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to unpaid customs charges, lack of documentation, or no response to the courier, any non-recoverable costs may be deducted from any refund.

Dispatch Times

Most in-stock items are dispatched as soon as possible during normal working hours.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Some products may be supplied from external warehouses or specialist suppliers and may take longer to dispatch.
  • If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Placing an order does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

Oversized, Heavy or Specialist Items

Some products may be too large, too heavy, or unsuitable for standard courier services.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply after checkout where packed dimensions, volumetric weight, or destination surcharge differs from the standard estimate.
  • Where this happens, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the revised shipping cost.
  • If you do not wish to proceed, we will offer a full refund prior to dispatch.

This is particularly relevant for bulky marine parts, fragile items, and specialist products.

Missed Deliveries and Failed Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel where necessary.

  • If delivery is missed, the courier may leave a calling card or attempt to contact you directly.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to respond to courier notifications and arrange re-delivery or collection where required.
  • Any additional costs resulting from failed delivery attempts, refusal, non-collection, or incorrect address details may be charged to the customer or deducted from any refund where applicable.

  • We are not liable for courier delays, customs delays, weather disruption, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the delivery address provided with your order.
  • Please inspect goods on arrival and notify us as soon as reasonably possible if there is any issue with the delivery.
