An intuitive seven-button autopilot controller keypad that can be combined with a B&G Triton² Display to create an autopilot control head.
The keypad’s auto and standby buttons enable or disable the autopilot, allowing the user to free their hands from the wheel or instantly take control whenever needed. The mode button engages the pilot's Wind or Navigation auto-steering modes, while dual port and starboard buttons allow course adjustments in one-degree or ten-degree increments.
B&G Triton² Pilots feature Intelligent Sail Steering functionality with compass and wind steering, Smart Manoeuvre controls to tack at the touch of a button, and chartplotter integration to enable waypoint and route navigation. This keypad offers precise control of all the autopilot functions, automatically displayed on a nearby Triton² display.
The keypad’s simple pushbutton interface makes it easy to operate in rough conditions and with wet hands or gloves. The buttons are smarty shaped to enable the user to distinguish between them at a touch, allowing for safe operation in low visibility.
The Triton² Pilot Controller is easily mounted and offers single-cable NMEA 2000 connectivity for both power and data. Multiple keypads and Triton² Displays can be installed to offer autopilot control from anywhere on board.
