The Quick GP2 1500D horizontal on-deck windlass is suitable for boats from 6-10 meters (20-33 ft) and is supplied with a 12V T6415-12 contactor unit and a lever for the windlass as standard. This particular model has an anodized aluminium in hard oxide base and an epicyclical gearbox that provides much higher efficiency (+40% compared to equivalent traditional gearboxes).

This windlass features an 8mm gypsy which is suitable for 8mm DIN 766, 8mm ISO and 5/16" G4 chain, as well as 1/2" (12.7mm) rope. (PLEASE NOTE these values refer to a three-strand polyester rope with a rope/chain splice manufactured with the Quick® system).

Product contents include the windlass (on deck unit and motor gearbox), drum, contactor unit, base gasket, drill template, handle, bolts and screws (for assembly), user's manual and conditions of warranty.
